Kitchenware

Not everything I do is sculptural. Although, functional art can certainly have a sculptural feel. One of the things that I really enjoy is salvaging something, like a bolt out of a truck engine, and making it into something useful that can be handed down over and over. It is a very satisfying feeling using one of my bottle openers, bacon presses or spatulas knowing that everything on them was destined for the trash and is now something to make life a little easier, maybe spark a conversation and look cool as well.
